Embassy Suites by Hilton St. Louis Downtown

I feel like the review score for this Embassy Suites should be much higher. I stayed four nights and had a great experience. The room was very spacious, the workout area and pool were great, and the breakfast was fantastic. The evening reception was an added plus, and the staff were courteous and helpful. This is one of the best Embassy Suites I have visited.

I apologize for writing this review so late! The holidays got away with me. I truly can’t express how amazing the service we received from the Embassy was. We also rented their partner venue, the National Blues Museum, and the level of support we received there was outstanding. Cora, Kelli, and Mark jumped in headfirst to support our very demanding event schedule and were on site from morning to night making sure everything ran smoothly. They were consistently friendly, welcoming, resourceful, and truly dedicated to helping us in every possible way. Kelli went above and beyond assisting with shipping packages to the hotel, keeping extremely detailed and accurate records so that not a single item went missing. She was proactive, organized, and incredibly helpful. She also took the lead in troubleshooting a UPS delivery when a driver mistakenly believed a tariff had not been paid even though it had. She worked directly with the driver and helped coordinate communication until the package was successfully delivered, which was a huge relief for our team. When our venue TVs were accidentally removed a day early by our vendor, I reached out for help and the team immediately stepped in. They were quick, calm, and solution oriented and were able to secure replacement TVs right away, ultimately saving our meetings and keeping everything on track. The team handled all layouts, setup, breakdown, and catering for a large number of events, all of which were very different and required a high level of attention to detail. Throughout it all, they remained patient, professional, and incredibly gracious. Every single event was executed flawlessly, and their dedication, positive attitudes, and genuine desire to help made a lasting impression on our entire group. If we ever get a chance to go back, we would go straight to this place in a heartbeat. Thank you again to everyone at the Embassy Suites!

Tera was my bartender/ server. She was so pleasant the drinks were great. I had a drive from KC and needed a good vibe & she kept a glow and great service from end to end at the bar!!! Making sure everyone felt seen and heard. As a server I honestly want to say thank you for the hospitality and when I’m in stl I’ll stop by to have a great drink and say hi

The staff were so nice! Everyone was welcoming! The bartender , I think her name was Sue did a wonderful job by herself. Also the breakfast staff was amazing. Everyone was just amazing & have good customer service skills.

We had a 3 night stay for business. Check in time at 4pm and a check out time of 12pm, which I was thankful for since we had time to kill before we left. However, I was incredibly surprised that room service was knocking at my door at 9:30 on Sunday morning to see if I had left. I was trying to sleep in, take my time at breakfast and getting around. Thankfully I wasn't in the shower or she may have come in. The quiet hours were from 10pm to 6am but the walls are very thin and we were kept awake by our neighboring rooms who were very rude and inconsiderate. They were screaming at each other most of the night. Food at the Atrium was good. Free breakfast with plenty of options. We ate dinner there as well. Food was good. There is really no self parking so you have to valet and pay for overnight parking. I wish that would be included in the price since there isn't really another option.

Stayed between Christmas til Saturday. Our stay was beautiful, the room was very clean and filled with plenty of towels. The breakfast service was wonderful and the entire staff were very polite. Seeing the cooks go above and beyond was great and seeing Ridge in action was a plus. You can see and feel hospitality in the dining hall. Tera was a great bartender as she handle the happy hour rush with a great smile, good vibes and patience with everyone. The valet parking service was fast and even with the change in cars, they made it an easy process to get a new sticker. Front desk lady with the amazing style greeted us very time which felt great. Thanks again for a great stay!!

This hotel exceeded our every expectation! Ahmaree was warm, friendly and reassuring as we checked in. The room had a grandeur about it. It was spacious, well appointed, and cozy. The shower was magnificent with plenty of room for two. Kim was lovely in the cocktail lounge. We arrived as she was packing up to leave, but she stopped what she was doing to prepare a lemon drop martini for me. (My new favorite!) She graciously made drinks for the people behind us too. The breakfast buffet did not disappoint containing every fresh item that I could have dreamed of. Lamont made a yummy omelet to my specifications while Adidya greeted me warmly. The front desk agent had stepped out on break at 6:30am, just as we were attempting to check out, and Bagdad made every effort to meet our needs as we departed. This was a fabulous experience We will stay here again when the opportunity presents itself!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton St. Louis Downtown! The entire hotel was incredibly clean and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The valet parking was excellent and made arriving a breeze. The food was absolutely amazing, and the room service was just as impressive—fast and delicious. Everything about this place is top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel to anybody or any family looking for a great place to stay!
